Floor Plan Displays

19 different floor plans to choose from ranging in size from a unique Junior 1 Bedroom style (460 sq.ft.) to a spacious 2 Bedroom + Den, 2 Bathroom
style (1043 sq.ft.)

Living Room Display

All units feature versatile, decorator colour schemes and include top quality finishing details such as 5" high baseboards.

Most fourth floor units have vaulted ceilings and all fourth floor units feature crown moulding throughout.

Fireplace Detail

All units (except "F" Unit plans) feature the trendy Cast Stone Mantel with a thermostatically contolled electric fireplace insert. The fireplace, the Optiflame by Dimplex, has a built-in purifier air treatment system which circulates and cleans the air of an average 12' x 14' room four times an hour.

The display kitchen is the same layout as that

All fourth floor units include granite counters and tile backsplashes as standard features. The granite and tile backsplash options are available as upgrades for units located on all other floors.

Each of the 3 decorating packages can also be upgraded to include granite counters and tile backsplashes. Flooring can also be upgraded to laminate throughout (except bathrooms), depending on your preferences.
